You will also explore ways to better understand the strengths and weaknesses of your team and allow you to make informed decisions about hiring and training.  This session will take a deep dive into:

  • How to Spot an A, B, and C level employee: Learn about the key characteristics and traits to look for when hiring individuals to build a new cybersecurity team.
  • Evaluating Team Skills and Experience: Discover how to assess the skills and experience of your team members to build out a comprehensive taxonomy of job profiles.
  • Retention Tactics, Performance Reviews, and HR Concerns: Explore best practices for retaining top talent and ensuring that your team is performing at its best.
  • Leverage the imbalance between enthusiastic entry level learners and your gaps by enrolling newer junior hires in a rapid, structured learning program to quickly get them to speed.
